CANCELLATION POLICY BOOKING:
CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS DURING LOW SEASON
In case of cancellation up to two (02) days, or 48 (forty eight) hours, the amount deposited in the booking confirmation will not be refunded in cash but in credit for hosting.
After 48 (forty eight) hours prior to the date of lodging, the guest will lose value early in the booking confirmation.
HOLIDAYS IN TERM CANCELLATION AND HIGH SEASON - JANUARY AND FEBRUARY
Up to 07 (seven) days prior to the date of hosting, the customer has the credit of hosting the full amount in advance, provided you choose a new date at the time of cancellation.
Less than 07 (seven) days prior to the date of hosting, the customer is not entitled to credit for housing, the anticipated value will be considered as fine and operating costs.
CANCELLATION OF NEW YEAR AND CARNIVAL PACKAGES
Up to 25 (twenty five) days prior to the date of hosting, the customer will be hosting credit worth 50% of anticipation, provided you choose a new date at the time of cancellation, the remaining 50% is considered fine and operating costs .
Less than 25 (twenty five) days prior to the date of hosting, the customer is not entitled to credit for housing, the anticipated value will be considered as fine and operating costs.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
All outstanding credit must be used within 6 months (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of cancellation.
The cancellation must be notified by e-mail or fax by the holder of the reservation.
Having partial withdrawal of contracted days and where the customer within the hotel will not be refunded any difference in the amount previously paid, whether in cash or credit for hosting.
Any outstanding balance of the contract package, the customer should it pays off in the lobby.
We aim, therefore, maintain our standard of quality service, without burden to the hotel and the customer.
